Outlook 2007. If I renamed a catagory "Weekend trip" and have completed the
trip and no longer need that catagory how do I delete it?

You need to remove the category from the items assigned to it (or delete
them) and remove the category from the master category list. if you only
delete it from the master category list, it won't be deleted from the items.

I gues it was a case of symantics. How do you remove the catagory from the
master list?
