When I highlight a block of text and hit the delete while composing an email
in OUtlook I get message that pops up at the bottom left side of the page
asking Delete Block yes/no? I then have to hit the y key or n key to get rid
of the block. Just started, don;t know what I did. Thanks for help,

You have word perfect compatibility enabled. without knowing the version
you use, try Word's tools, options, general menu. if its not there, we need
the version you use.
