We have someone who has found that when she selects a sentence or a word in a
new message and presses the delete key on the keyboard, she is unable to
delete and gets a message at the bottom that reads, "Delete Block? No (Yes)."
Do you have any suggestions? She is able to delete using the backspace key on
the keyboard.

If you don't know the answer to Someone's question, then maybe you
should just say so honestly. If Someone is using Word as the email
editor in Outlook, then in Word, click on Tools | Options | General tab
| uncheck the two boxes for WordPerfect help and navigation | OK.

Thank you so much. I have passed on the information, giving you full credit.
We are software trainers and as such also receive software helpdesk
questions. We feel that if we don't know the answer, we should always say so
and add that we will research it. This way, we help others and learn at the
same time so that the next time it comes up we know the answer.

Thanks again.
