I would like to know how to remove the reminders on all the birthdays I have
in Outlook, only display the event, but don't pop up a reminder. I would
really not like to go one by one.

You will need to do each one, BUT if you set the calendar view to Events
and elect to show the Reminder field in Customize view, you can just
click the "bell" to turn it off without having to open it.

Thank you Bob!!! It works, the only problem is I can't get to show every
single event... I have tried looking to see if I have a filter applied and
can't seem to find it...

Perhaps they (the missing ones) weren't really shown as events(all day)
due to issues with DST settings and patches?
