Grateful for any assistance as to the best method to use to 'add" "delete"
and "update" database. I am a newbie and can't properly identify with the
SQL offered in other page examples

If you have FP2002 or later, try the Database Interface Wizard, though
the best way is to learn ASP (or asp.NET) and SQL, then write your own
code.
