Delete and recreate fp procedure

we have a situation where we need sometimes recreate the entire frontpage
security settings for the websites and subwebs. this action always is made by
fpadmin. we are using win2003 sp1 and fpse2002 extensions. if we have a copy
of the roles.ini of the website. how to achieve a restore without having to
manually add the security again in the fpadmin. I am looking for a way to our
operational support save time when need recreate frontpage security settings
for websites. (extend/un-extend) and recreate the security.
