In IE Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab.
Scroll down to Security and select "Empty Temporary Internet files folder when
browser is closed".
or
Start > run, type in: regedit and press Enter.
Expand: hklm\software\microsoft\internet explorer\main
In the right pane if delete_temp_files_on_exit is set to no double click the name
delete_temp_files_on_exit, type in yes ( replacing no) and click Ok.
