How to delete all files?

Hello Ronny,

One way to delete all files on a hard drive is to restart
the computer and boot from your WinXP CD and reinstall
windows, that will format your drive (the one you choose)
and if it is another drive that does not have WinXP on it
then go into control panel, Administrative Tools,
Computer Management, Disk Management. You then find your
disk and right-click and Format.
