Deleleted Files from Server through LAN

Hi,

Currently on my working environment, from our company,
have quite of number of PCs which is running on
Win95/98/ME/ME/2000/XP Operating System. All our working
files are stored in the Server (Saving file through LAN).
So far we using it, no problem with it.

But the only problem we encountered, if i've deleted or
accidently deleted the files from the Server, the deleted
files will not go to the PC's Recycle Bin. So, it will
cause by files missing.

And i try to find out the way to retrieve it, but
unsuccessful.

It is any way can enable the deleted file from network it
will direct transfer to local PC ?
