I am setting up my new bosses outlook (which) he has never used before). I
need to be his delegate for his calendar in all areas which I know how to set
up but he does not want to get any responses in his email. I do however need
to see them in mine. Hopefully this can be done as I think I have done it
before but I can't remember how. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

What do you mean with this? He does not want to receive meeting responses?
On the Delegates tab in Tools-> Options... you can set the option that only
the delegates will be receiving the meeting requests and responses.
