Hi There

I have a PA who looks after a directors email mailbox and calendar, i have
given this PA delegation access to the directors email account this is fine
but when i add the mailbox into the PAs outlook client it adds the mailbox
fine but we can't open it it comes up with the error:

The set of folders cannot be opened. The information store could not be
opened.

We are using a Scalix enterprise mail server with scalix outlook connector

Delegation permissions in not the same as having access permissions. For
one, you don't need to have the other. Make sure the permissions on the
folders have been set correctly and also check the root folder. The PA must
have at least Folder Visible permissions for that.

Thinks might be different for Scalix though. In the case, check with them
for support.

Then you might want to check this issue with Scalix instead since they are
offering these sharing and delegation features as part of their product.
