Outlook 2003/MS Exchange 2000 - got a user trying to setup delegate
permissions, but when they went into Tools/Options in Outlook the delegates
tab was missing. Likewise, when then they right-clicked on their mailbox and
selected properties, the permissions tab was missing. Has anyone come across
the delegate tab missing like this? Thanks.

The add-in extensions for delegate permissions, etc were not loading at all
which explains why they didn't show in Outlook. Tried reinstalling the
add-ins but this didn't work. I am going to run Detect & Repair to see if
this fixes the problem and restores the add-ins.
