Delegated calendars, shortcuts, accessibility

I have a manager who has three delegates. I went into
tools, options, delegates gave specific rights for each
item like calendar,s tasks etc. Applied and the delegates
received a memo as to their specific rights.

I then went to the delegates computers and I went into the
file, open, other user's folder gave the name, claendar and
click on ok. Can view great. I then created a folder call
Manager's calendar and created a shortcut on the outlook
toolbar. It worked fine until the delegates rebooted. Now
their manager's calendar shows with only the items the
delegates have created or nothing at all.

Once I have opened the calendar for the manager on the
delegates computer how do I save it, link it to the
outlook bar and have it synchoronize with all of his
current details?

Thank you for the help.
