Delegate work week?

I have three calendars up, all of which I am a delegate of. (These are other
staff calendars) How do I view their specific calendar work week? Every time
I change the calendar work week (tools>options>calendar options>start time &
end time) it changes everyone's to the same time? Obviously everyone doesn't
have the same work week! How can see each specific persons calendar work week?

Office 2003 Pro
