A secretary has 'send as' permission and sends a email with voting
buttons using her boss as the from field - the tracking options won't
to work - the results go to the boss whose supposedly sent the message
but the email remains in the delegate's sent items. The results don't
tabulate - if the result emails are put in the actual senders emails -
they still don't tabulate - the sent item is put in the supposed
senders sent items and they still don't tabulate.
