I started a new Executive Admin. position 5 days ago and my new boss wants me
to help with his calendar, inbox, etc. but I just discovered that our IT dept
sets everyone up using their personal folders. All my research shows that
delegation is not possible. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to work
around this issue? I would like to start out as a problem solver, not a
problem creator.

Thanks,
