I want all my email to my work email address to be forwarded to my home
email address.

I know this is easy using Outlook rules, but for variuous reasons I can't
leave outlook running at work. My secretary has delegate access to my inbox
with full authorship privelidges. I can't see a way to apply rules to my
inbound mail from within her Outlook profile, so automatic forwarding cannot
be set up, she has to do it manually. Is there a way to achieve what i want
to do??

Why not ask your mail admin to set up either RPC over HTTP or Outlook Web
Access so that you can easily access all of your Outlook data from anywhere?
That's what I'd do. And if they won't, I'd go high up the chain and explain
how productivity would be increased if everyone could access their mail from
everywhere.
