As a delegate, can I send email from my boss' account?

My boss wants me to send emails from his account using my computer. Is there
a way to do this? I'm using Outlook 2003

If you're a delegate and have "send on behalf of" or "send as" permission,
you should be able to do that by modifying the From field.
