I think this has been a glitch...one user (A) has given another user (B)
access to all his folders in outlook. However one of the folders looks
different to her (B) than to him (A) in the fact that there are a lot more
items in the folder. All permissions are correct and when our Admin bod
looks in he cannot see these items either so it appears that User A can only
see them locally....
I got same permissions as User B and I can only see what she does.
Any one with any ideas - please?!

Could it be that these items are marked as private? Then she needs to give
permission to view private items to that person as well.
This can be done on the Delegates tab in Tools->Options...
