Sean,
I had a user who had the same problem and we found it was
the firewall software that was cauding it. We use
BlackIce, but whatever f/w s/w you're using, it must be
configured to accept UDP packets. Not sure if you're
using a firewall program, but changing the settings on
ours did the trick.
