Delayed Write Failed

I keep recieving a Delayed Write Failed error message. I
have turned off write caching to the local hard disk as
well as the Ultra DMA in my BIOS as per the knowledge base
instructions. I started recieving the error after
installing a Radeon 9800 video card.
