Did you correctly uninstall and reinstall when changing from the USB1.1
connection to the USB2.0 connection?

Although the data flow might be faster on the USB2.0 connection, unless the
printer(s) is USB2.0 capable, you won't increase speed at all. It will only
feed into the printer(s) at USB1.1 speed.
