Delayed Domain Login / Wireless issue ?

Got a bunch of laptops on a domain with wireless cards.
(XP and 2000)

When the machine is not plugged into ethernet there
is a Login Delay (anywhere from 30 seconds to 2 minutes),
looks like it's trying to use the wireless network
for domain authentication.

The wireless net is NOT connected to the domain.

How do I remove this issue ?
Is there registry for the Wireless card Timeout ?
