Is there a way to change the default time that comes up when you select
delayed delivery?
Currently when selected I always get 5 pm on the current day. I would like
to change the default time to 3 pm.

The default time is set to the end of your business day which you can
configure in Calendar Options.

Thanks for the fast response. Problem is that I went to
tools/options/preferences/calendar options/calendar work week and set the end
time to 3:00 PM but nothing changed other than on the calendar itself. It the
setting in a different location? This is on outlook 2007.

No, but you can type a new time using shortcuts like 12p or 315p
