Chip and Gary,
Thanks for reply.
I have tried to open the file both ways.
1. By double clicking in the windows explorer
2. Excel already open and I open the file by going to file, open
dialogue box.
Both takes the same time.
However, I have noticed that today my wait time is reduced
considerably.
But I have not changed anything on my pc. No software add/removed, no
settings changed. Only new data files created and saved.
Also there is no mapped drive on my pc.
Thanks,
Madiya.
