Delay in creating a New e-mail MSWord takes forever to start

Outlook 2003 - Creating a new E-mail

When you click on New to create a new e-mail it takes word at least 60
seconds to start the new e-mail dialog. It was taking 5 seconds or so. Any

And what changed on your PC between "was" and now? If you start Outlook in
safe mode, does it make a difference?
