We run W2k Servers with AD

We have acquired a company who used an NT Domain - single server - PDC

They also used POP accounts for email from an external provider.

I would like to assume them into my domain, and leave all their profiles and
programs alone, while moving the data from their server to our servers.

How do I do this ?

Study the documentation a learn it well before doing anything. This is
niether a small nor simple task.
