My reaction to reading your message is that you could have more of a problem than not being able to get Disk Defragmenter to complete, if you have correctly reported the file name. A search of Google reveals no mention of the file name save for your own message. Locate the file using Windows Explorer. Right click on the file, select Properties and post all details to this newsgroup thread.
You should update your virus definitions and run full anti-virus scan. If you do not have anti-virus programme installed you can run a free scan from the internet. Try this link:

Spyware causes many problems. If not installed download Adaware and update Reference file from

and use it to remove parasites.
