How many files can't be defragmented and in how many pieces, and how large
is the file. How large are your partitions/drives.
The % done is just an indicator that probably works on data processed, so
once defragmenter determines it can't defragment a file it's considered
"done". I assume it is a large file.
Unless your drives are heavily fragmented this doesn't usually affect
performance, under NTFS at least.
You have listed your problem as "Deframentation not finish", which is wrong.
Defragmented has finished, hence the message "Defragmentation is complete",
it just can't or won't defragment certain files.
I wouldn't worry too much about it.
