Defragment 3%

's Computer Specifications

When I attempt to Drfrag my PATA RAID 1, the computer hangs at three percent,
and does not do anything. No activity lights, CTRL+ALT+DEL does not work,
only way to undo is to press reset. Any clues?

don't know what pata raid 1 is, but sounds like you have
a conflict or some scumware. try safe mode.
