      24th Aug 2004
My computer needs defragging, but when I try, computer
shuts down and I get this physical dump and then it
reboots. What can I do?

Run Error Checking on the disk, let it fix any errors it finds, then try to
defragment again.

I did that and it still won't defrag - even tried in Safe
mode.
