defrag tool not available

's Computer Specifications

Dis defragmenter tool will not launch - "tool requested
not available." Will a w2000 update/svc pk download
rectify this? Anyone know how might I get defragmenter
working again?

Theres only little chance a SP would fix this. Try a system repair.
