Can you defrag a RAID5 partition?

I have a Raid 5 array on one of my servers and defrag it
with no issues. Now this does use a Dell array manager
software so I am not sure if that works with Windows to
defrag through the Raid / Array but in my situation I have
defraged a raid 5 array.
