I ran a defrag earlier this evening and after restarting the PC on
completion, found my entire PC system settings have changed.
The desktop has lost all it's icons i had set, single click etc etc etc.
Outlook has lost all my emails and contacts etc, & started out as a new
installation.
Winfax Pro popped up asking for info.
MS Word has lost all my templates.
Prior to the defrag, I had found that Outlook Journal was not recording all
my work files as per the settings I had organised.
System restore states there are no backups to restore to an earlier setting.
What's gone wrong here?
