The Recycle Bin is an alias for the \recycler\ folder. If I am not
mistaken, this is a hidden system folder, and that is why those programs
could not find the file.
The problem will go away if you empty the recycle bin. However, as a
fragmented file in that folder is not a problem except as far as such
fragmentation affects the fragmentation of other files, I would not bother
to work on the file. After all, since you have not emptied the file, you
may have determined that you don't want to delete the file.
