Definitions installation

My Automatic WU keeps telling me to install KB892519 - at least 20 times. I
have tried express install and custom install but still the shield comes
back. I have also been to the WU site and it apparently installed - but does
not show on add/remove. Is any one else having similar problems or have any
solution?
