In terms of computer security, I don't know much beside purchasing and
installing a product. I have been using defender for some time now, and want
to know if everyone out there feels that this is a productive product that
meets expectations?

So--how do you feel about what you paid for Windows?
Seriously--I think theres an amazing value built into Defender. It is rough
around the edges now, but I think it really will make a measurable
difference in the problem it is intended to solve. And the gesture of
creating the app and providing it as part of the original Windows purchase,
is a pretty nice one, I'd say.

There you go... trying to change the subject. WD is worth every penny it cost... at twice the price! But, if it went production in it's present form, I'd have to pass, free or otherwise.

I totally agree... provided they can get past the rough edges.
