In my beliefs, and those of many others, it's best to seek this type
of download from a source much closer to the author/distributor.
I wholeheartedly agree with your choice of Mark Russinovich's Process
Explorer. In this case, the Microsoft download will offer a version
that's been revised two times (v11.33) and is much safer.
