Defender "Permit or Deny" only will not Allow or Always Allow

Ever since I started using WD when I log on 2 or 3 of the same apps show up
as alerts. The only choices I have are Permit or Deny. I have found no way to
Allow or Always Allow or access the Allowed Item section. I know others have
had this problem but I haven't seen a solution.

XP Home
IE 7
WD 1.65.586.0
