Defender not showing allowed applications

Hi all,

Have some problems with defender under Vista Business. First off, I
have allowed several applications an exception to run in Defender/Vista,
via the install and first run box (advisor). After checking the allowed
applications list, I find that these were not appearing in the list (
blank list).
Is there a way to manually add these to the list?
Can this step be added to the application so it will show the excepted
or allowed applications?
