I'm assuming this problem stems from the fact that I have a Celeron processor
on my computer. Is there anything I can do to complete the installation on
this computer using the Celeron processor?

You haven't done the same as me, have you and downloaded the 64 bit
installer? I had excatly the same message on my T43 with celeron processor.
If your installer is WindowsDefenderx64.msi then you have the wrong one and
need to go back to the download page and select the download link above the
details on the s/w rather than below. Hope this helps.

Yes, I did the same thing & downloaded the 64 version. It is okay now.
