We don't have much in the way of resources to help with Genuine Advantage
validation issues.
You might try going here:

on the problematic machine and seeing whether any additional troubleshooting
steps are offered.
I've certainly run this software on a variety of machines, including at
least one on which I installed an OEM version of XP myself, without issue.
