Defender Beta 2 fails to install

I tried to install it and it requested I un install the previous
installation. I did, then when I try to install, it seems to run the install
normally, but just before the end I get the following error:

Error 1923. The Windows Defender service (Windefend) could not be installed.
Veryfiy that you have enought priviledges to install system services.

It is a personal machine running SP Pro SP2. I am the only user and an
administrator.

Any ideas?
