All,

I am running Vista Home Premium, and when I try and use the control panel to
adjust the way Defender works, I get an error that the application failed to
initialize.

Does anyone know if there's a way to refresh that specific application or
will I need to reinstall Live 1 Care?

Thanks,

Josh

Hi Josh;

It's not Vista causing the error, it's OneCare at version 1.5.x, and you'd
have the same situation if you were running XP. See this announcement and
information for WLOC:
