Default Web Site - Address Already in Use

Our default web site has stopped and when i try to start it i get the error
"address already in use". How do i find out what is using port 80 and how do
i stop it happening again. The Default web site has out OWA site on it and is
stopping external access to this feature.

Any help would be great.
