No, but there's a free PPTools add-in at http://starterset.pptools.com that
makes sizing pictures (or anything else) a one-click operation. This explains

Is there a way of setting a default size for pictures inserted from a file
instead of adjusting each picture separately? I'm using PowerPoint 2003.
