Is there a way to auto create a signature line for all exchange user in
Microsoft Outlook based on the user's information stored in ADUC? What I
want to do is ship out a standard signature line for new and reply emails
with the user's information already in the format to make everything
uniformed.

I would ask this in either a Windows Server group or an Exchange group - it has little to do with what Outlook can do.
