In my Outlook 2007 the default time for reminders on e-mails is 16:00.
Where can I change this default time to ex. 00:00?

The default reminder time is actually one hour before the "End Time" you have
set in Tools | Options | Calendar Options | Calendar Work Week. You must
have 5:00 PM set as your workday end time. You'd have to change that to
something else to change the default flag reminder time.

Thanks for the answer.
Some how I think it is strange that it is not possible to set the default
reminder time for e-mails.
I have set my working hours from 8:00 to 17:00 and won't change that. With
the default setting at 1 hour before end time, it gives no meaning to be
reminded what you should done today an hour before you leave.
In Outlook 2003 the default reminder time was 00:00. I prefere this, but
best will be if it is possible to define the default time.
Outlook 2007 make me less efficient than 2003 as it take longer time to set
up a reminder for e-mails.
In the setup of this "Quick click" reminder it should have been possible to
define the hour too.

I don't know either. It would make more sense if they set the default
reminder to the day before the due date, an hour before the end of the day,
if they were going to do it like this.

I don't know if you know this but you can use shortcuts to enter times and
time frames in their boxes. For example, if you want to set your reminder
time for 8:00 AM, you could type in 8a or 0800 (not sure how it works in
24-hour time, but you can try it). When you tab out of the box it will
change to the proper time.

Thanks, yes it is a little bit faster.
If the default reminder day was 1 day before due date - it will do it, but
the best would be a possibility to define when the default reminder should be.
