The user profile is damaged. See these KB articles to learn how to recover the user data and transfer it to a new user profile. Unfortunately, your customizations / desktop preferences will be lost.

When my computer has been on for awhile and I log on to
my profile I get a popup that says cannot load user
profile but will load default system.
