default root permissions

      12th Dec 2003
On several windows 2000 computer we had a user change the
permissions so that "everyone" has full rights, then all
other users were removed. These changes were then
propagated through the entire C drive. Are there any
tools, utilities or instructions on how to restore the
drive back to the default settings?
